Claypot Chicken Rice

Well, to be pedantic, it was Happycall Chicken Rice, but cooked in the Claypot style. A very popular dish in Singapore, my whole family loves it too. However, I cracked my one and only large claypot (through mishandling) so I'm glad to find that it cooks just as well in my Happycall Ocher double pan.

Leftovers went into both kids' bentos today. Takoyaki had hers for recess, with strawberries and cucumber on the side.


And Roast Meat had his with rose apple, red capsicum and cucumber sticks for lunch, before he went for his Learning Journey to Fort Canning.
