Festive Chicken Rice Bento

The star of this bento is the Ginger Scallion Sauce, which is quick and easy to prepare and goes oh-so-well with steamed or boiled chicken. This is a planned over from last night's dinner.


I love how the mandarin orange wedges add such a great splash of colour to this bento.

It will be the first day of the Lunar New Year on Monday.
